How are the bins washed?
We take your bins to a facility where we will wash them without the mess on your driveway or street. We will use a hot high pressure washer along with scrubbing brushes to ensure that your bins are cleaned inside and out. Once we have cleaned your bins they will be safely returned to your home in same exact location where they were picked up. This process will take an hour or so and we will notify all along the way so you are informed during the process.
What time will my bins be picked up and returned?
We will attempt to pick up your bins shortly after they are emptied, but based upon inconsistencies with pick up time it may be a little longer to ensure that your bins are empty before we pick them up to clean them.
Will you notify me ahead of my scheduled cleaning days?
Yes. We will notify you ahead of your scheduled cleaning days to ensure that you bin is available for cleaning.
Can I change my scheduled cleaning days?
Yes, you can but please reach out to us to ensure that we can accommodate the change.
